The Learning Exchange Foundation's ambition is to promote Bhutanese culture and life style including its unique worldview of wellbeing, connect Bhutanese citizens with citizens from other parts of the world to exchange knowledge and experience and facilitate mutual learning. The Learning Exchange Foundation is patronized by Willemijn Verloop, Ewoud Goudswaard en Paul Hermanides.

The Le Foundation received the ANBI status and donations can be tax deducted.
